The text is resplendent with praise for the quality of leica lenses and hardware, but the images don't seem to support the technical quality of the system. If anything, they are an embarrassment. The images themselves, from the standpoint of composition and feeling, are beautiful, but the technical quality is so poor, even for a magazine reproduction, that I would object if I was the photographer. The article does mention that they were using reproductions, but I can't help but wonder if it might have been better for the photographers to supply the scans to the magazine directly.
