Until MacMillan lowered the tariffs in, when was it?, '62? it applied equally to ALL foreign camera companies, be it Leitz or Zeiss Ikon or Franke & Heidecke from Germany or Kodak from Germany or the US or Nippon Kogaku or the Canon Camera Company from Japan.
