This had, btw, theoretically had a CLA - and the dealer does stand behind what he sells and would happilly have taken care of the meter problem for me - assuming it could be taken care of - and had a mint- black M6 to me the next day. D., I see your point. I don't depend on my photos for my family's groceries, but if I did I would want to be able to replace damaged equipment immediately, if not sooner, without having to learn how to use a new model. > > I like my SL bodies but I don't depend on a "new" one until it's had a CLA. If one were to fall into a fumerole it would take several weeks to get a replacement & have it CLA'd, vs. ordering a current model FedEx'ed from B&H in a day or so. > > Doug Herr > Birdman of Sacramento > http://www.wildlightphoto.com > ___________________________________________________ > The ALL NEW CS2000 from CompuServe > Better!
