Are they made in Germany? If not, why would one possibly consider sullying ones Leica gear with such utilitarian crap, available to any peasant with a buck or two to spend? My God, man, have you no sense of taste or decorum? What? Using this "tie wrap" makes it easier to focus more accurately? That proves my point! Leica gear is for acquiring, not using.
