Go to http://www.metz.de and in particular, http://www.metz.de/1_metz_2000/m_pages_english/main_index_e.php3?link=7&sub= 3&linkname=service Fill in the details, pose your question in the comment box [ item 4] at the bottom of the page and submit to Metz. I had a similar question concerning a Metz 60CT4 and had a comprehensive response, in English, within 24 hours. In item 1 in the input screen, type the word "support" without the quotation marks.
