There is a huge difference in coverage and feel between the two lenses. It all comes down to personal preference and priorities. If you want a 15mm but are hesitating over the large financial outlay, I would keep the 19 and buy a Bessa-L and a 15mm Heliar. It is an very inexpensive way of getting a good quality lens. If then you find yourself using it a great deal and pining for a reflex view, then spring for the huge dollar Leica lens. For me it would be a lens I would use seldom if at all while my 21M gets moderately regular exercise.
