That would be my suggestion for "quiet" velcro.  You'd have to ask Dr.
Blacktape to find out the appropriate kind, but if you taped over some of
the velcro, you'd make it quieter.  You'd need to experiment to see how much
you can tape over without weakening it to the point where it would open by
itself and spill the valuable Leica contents inside, causing you to emit a
high-pitched shriek and negating the quiet velcro effect...
