This could be possibly a shutter light leak (only possible camera-inducted cause I can think about here) but this is very dubious, as other frames doesn't show this. I suppose this is your lab's fault - they screwed up your film. Run a roll of e.g. TMax 3200 if you want to be 100% sure (as such a sensitive film will undoubtely show even slightest kinds of leaks in camera), but I think it is not your M3's fault.
