What's vegetables for one LUGNUT is peaches and cream for another. ;-) I've used my M6's since they came out away back when and used the Noctilux f.1.0 since it arrived in Canada almost as long ago as I can remember. Both are just fine for me and have done an admirable job from one end of the world to other on all kinds of assignments in available darkness and the sun of noon. Horrible and pleasant weather conditions, from the air and from the back of horses to tanks and armoured cars, to little old ladies tea parties, birthing and brain surgery. And like the little Pillsbury dough boy they just keep clicking right along. I see you mentioned you've never had an M6 in your hands, not to worry some day you will and then you'll learn for yourself what a beautiful camera and picture taking machine it is and be pleasantly surprised that some of the things you read in the negative don't matter at all. Sure your opinion counts, each of us have them, good, bad or ugly, so not to be concerned about making a comment because you do from nothing more than reading experience and not the experience of in hand. The in hand of course is more meaningful as then it's from your feel rather than the comments of some possibly disgruntled LUGGITE! :-) Think positive and keep the faith, save your money and some day you'll enjoy the wonderful feel of an M camera. ;-) ted Ted Grant Photography Limited www.islandnet.com/~tedgrant
