Exactly :-)

Cosina is *not* the owner of the brand "Voigtländer".
After the bankruptcy of Rollei in 1982 Voigtländer was bought by Plusfoto
GmbH & Co. Then, in 1997, RINGFOTO GmbH & Co. ALFO Marketing KG bought the
rights for the brand "Voigtländer". Ringfoto is *no* manufacturer, but a
marketing company. And this is the point where Cosina comes into play. The
current products are a result of a cooperation of Cosina (as manufacturer)
and Ringfoto (owner of the brand).
