I have just been into my favourite bookstore and saw Salgado's book,
"Migrations". What a fantastic book! The printing is beautiful with full
detail from black to white, but that is overpowered by the strength of the
photographs themselves. Some of them are the most disturbing comments on
Man's inhumanity and lack of common decency I have ever seen and others are
just so damned sensitive.Do you think he will be submitting for FOM2?

What, and spoil our chance to outdo him ;-) Salgado's work serves as a
great "current" inspiration to many, and especially Leica users, and of
course his work would be "welcome", but he has to join the LUG first :-)

Work continues to drift in, and so keep snapping and submitting, remember,
only 10 months to go before the first judging occurs ;-)

Cheers
