But you already know I generally like what you put up. So I'm gonna point out what I don't like. :) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119779 Cutting off the top of the guy's head is a bit disconcerting. I think it would be better if you shifted up and to the left. Maybe crop a smidgen of the baby's face, but at least include the man's eyes. Fill flash set on -3 or -4 or so would have brought out the baby's eyes. I'm guessing that a real print shows a bit more detail there, but a catchlight might be nice. Who needs a fill flash when you have photoshop, though? :) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119783 I'd crop a slice off the left. The junk back there doesn't add anything that I can tell. > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119793 I don't like the little girl's head being cut off. The subject being a "big girl" and getting the silverware herself is priceless, though. Enough such that if this were my family, I'd include this print even with the headless girl. :) I like the angle you chose! > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119796 I'm almost starting to think this girl is in the witness protection program, and that you don't want to show her face. Love the composition, though. > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119801 The chair legs take away from this one. Not sure that cropping would help. Next time, pick up pooch and baby carrier, bring them forward a few feet, and then take the picture! :) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119805 Neato! > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119807 The highlights on the right have been lost...at least on my monitor. Just a big blob of white without detail next to and under the lady. Looks like half a torso just floating in thin air. :) Love the baby, though! > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119816 This is unusual in that its the first vertical picture of the bunch. It seems out of place. I'd suggest including more verticals in the bunch, or leaving them all out. It just seems weird only having a few. > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119820 The lady doesn't like you, B.D.! She's flipping you off!! > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119824 Love the expressions! (Oops...I claimed up above that I was only going to talk about what I didn't like. Oh, well. Sue me.) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119833 Looks out of focus to me. My eye wants to look 1) at the girl on the left, then 2) at the girl on the right, and finally 3) on the baby where you focused. > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119836 Fantastic, B.D.! If I were the parents, I'd probably want a large print of this to hang on the living room wall. :) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119845 Cute little bugger. :) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo.tcl?photo_id=119876 Might need to make two large prints... This one's a definite keeper, too. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Shopping - Thousands of Stores. Millions of Products. http://shopping.yahoo.com/
