It was a Voigtländer Vito BL 35mm rangefinder camera. Guess what? there was lots of snow on the ground! We had had a snow storm. With my first roll of film that day I found myself lying on my stomach on a frozen over snowed over creek bed to get the right angle on a shot. Ektachrome X film I shot which was ASA 64. I recall an EV of 17 or 18! My mom entered a 5x7 print of the shot in a photo contest and it won a prize!. I was able to revive and reinstate the dirty and scratched slide by digitally cleaning it up this year! Sure i got cold shooting my first roll of film, but you get home you take a hot shower and you are OK. mark rabiner :)
