Tru using little round adhesive stickers - maybe red, gold and green in pairs.
Put one of each pair over the aperture number and the other on the distance
scale at the hyperfocal (or zone focus) distance.  Voilà - connect the dots, no
fuss.  Better than hacking up your Summicron.
