Oh, I forgot to mention...

With Nova, you cannot develop by inspection, ie., leaving the paper in the developer until the desired density is reached.  I've often found that it's best to get the right exposure under the enlarger, and standardise the development time.  Exposing a paper can be redone, and is much more controllable than exposing a film, and I think a printer should not rely on compensating in the development process, particularly given the high quality of variable contrast papers available these days.

I develop DW fibre paper with no problem.  There are two miniscule holes where the clip holds the paper, but the holes are trimmed away, anyway.
