1/25th sec. in the UK where the PAL system makes two fields interlaced in
that time.
Any less and there's a band of lost information, any more and there's a band
of duobled information.
(You'll need an old camera with old shutter speeds for this.;-)
In the US, with NTSC, I believe they run 24 frames a second but I guess that
1/30 might still be a good starting point.
Experiment.
