Two good independent Kodachrome labs are A&I in Los Angeles, http://www.aandi.com, and BWC in Miami, http://www.bwc.net/mkoda.htm. I've had good service from A&I (a 3-day turnaround from Seattle). Haven't sent anything to BWC in about ten years, but they did a good job at the time.
