Better move over there Bud, because I once turned down a minty black
Hasselblad 2000FC with A12 back and 110/2 for $900 (what a wierd focal
length, I thought, and who uses focal plane Hassys anyway?) and a 120
Makro-Planar for $600! And around '94 I simply could not seem to get
anyone to buy my late-production M3. Aside from some light scuffing,
there was nothing wrong with it, yet it was all I could do to get $500
for it--a $50 loss for me!

And then there's the matter of the $16,000,000 I missed out on by not
putting that $2,000 into Cisco Systems stock a decade ago. But would I
be living the high life today buying my Tri-Elmars brand-new, or would I
still be a cheapskate for fear of becoming merely a 15.999-millionaire?
Wouldn't want to be lumped in with...Those People, after all.
