It's a Kodak! A German Kodak Ektapro, to be exact. What, if anything, that Leica did to alter it I don't know. Last time I saw one of the Kodak-branded units on closeout at Mike's Camera at around $800 minus lens so it's no cheapie. From what I could see, the mechanism is very similar to the US-made Carousel and Ektagraphic projectors but some key parts are die-cast metal rather than glass-reinforced plastic and it's more oriented to commercial use with dual bulbs (auto changeover and much easier to service) and so forth. Different lensmount too. - -- Jeff Segawa Somewhere in Boulder, Colorado
