I used the accessory finder when I had a 28, and now use the finder for the
24 that I traded up to. I wear glasses, so using the camera's viewfinder
(for either lens) isn't all that practical. But even if I didn't wear
glasses, I'd still use the accessory finder---using a medium aperture, the
depth of field of either lens will cover most focusing errors, and it's much
easier to frame a shot using the finder.
