I am a little confused. The second version is the current (has it been
discontinued?) version. It is listed at:

KEH, http://www.keh.com/shop/product.cfm?bid=LM&cid=06&sid=new&crid=471569
Tamarkin: http://www.tamarkin.com/catalog/products/leica/leicamlens.html
Wall Street Camera: http://www.wallstreetcamera.com/leica/
Don Chatterton: http://donchatterton.com/html/leica-m.htm (only used 1st)
.....and others

Is this the lens you are looking for?

Most of the above sites have used examples of earlier F2.8 and I did not
check for the collapsible summicron but I have sure they are there as well.
