Look here for the strap.  http://www.kameraleder.com/m6body.htm  It's 
pretty simple, but I was intrigued enough order one today.

I too use the Domke strap for most of my cameras, but I have a few 
custom-made leather straps that were made for me many years ago.  The 
kameraleder strap is the duplicate of those old straps, with the addition 
of the curved piece for the neck and rubber backing to halt slippage off 
the shoulder.  It might become my standard after I get it.
