No, you cannot.  None of the current M lenses are "compatible with the
Visoflex".  From before the Second World War until 1980, a number of Leitz
lenses could be screwed apart and the lens head could then be mounted onto
a Visoflex rig.  In addition, the 3.5/65 Elmar was designed to be mounted
directly onto a Visoflex.

By 1980, all the demountable lenses were gone and the 3.5/65 Elmar only
lasted two or three years longer.
