Subject: [Leica] M lenses on R using Visoflex adapter?

The Leica R6.2 manual mentions an adapter (order no. 14167) that
appears to let you use an M lens "which is compatible with the
Visoflex adapter") on an R body.

Does anyone have any experience using this adapter?  Could I really
use my current M lenses on an R body?
