Something that raised flag in my mind is the fact that the ad mention it cover USA warranty, which I believe it will not. The price for 75 1.4 too is way to cheap as well as R 80 1.4 which is cheaper than M 75 1.4. 75 1.4 is the best lense I have ever used in 35 mm period...
