In my book, that makes it a point and = shoot... a damn fine one to be sure, but nothing that I could ever get = comfortable with. The "G" series always looked to me like it was an = extention of the "T" series as compared to a "true" rangefinder... The lenses are comparable to Leica lenses in most situations and the = finish and functioning is intuitive to one who knows photography. They = don't even offer "full automated" function-- you have to set at least = the aperature, etc. I have shot many many cameras, both old and new, = and only a few approach the "feel" of an M6, but the G series cameras = are one... Kpeters True, fit and finish are pretty good, but the camera is = distancing... In other words, the camera is *always* making at least = some of the decisions for me, and that makes me feel as though I'm not = part of the process any longer...
