George-

when I have my Delta 3200 processed by my lab (they use Sprint chemistry) I
shoot it at 1600 and just tell 'em to develop it 'normal' (that way avoid
the "1-stop pull" charge). I only do this for film I've shot at weddings
when I want it proofed at the same time.
Otherwise I'll soup it myself in Xtol!

regards,

Bob Keene
