I want to buy a FOKOS, the separate short rangefinder
provided for use with the Leica Standard (1933-1948)or 
the slighly shorter rangefinder (also codenamed FOKOS) for
the Ic, If or Ig and listed by E. Leitz and Leitz, N.Y.
1949-1966.  Please email description and price.
