I'm somewhat curious how membership on the LUG gives one the right to
lecture another member as a third grade teacher might, and I'm also somewhat
curious what gives any of us the imagined right to tell another member of
the list whom he should or should not appologize to.

Post of the sort sited above do nothing to improve the civility of the
list - they only serve to stir the pot. As I suppose this post must be
doing.
