Anthony,

Images recorded in midday sun at a middle aperture and a high shutter
speed will be nigh on indistinguishable lens brand to lens brand,
particularly in the center regions at that magnification. 

Try comparing the corners of images shot -- using Velvia, Provia III or
Kodachrome 25 -- wide open on an overcast day and enlarged to at least
24x36.
