The STUPID I remember reading in News Photographer about a newspaper photographer (he's no photojournalist!) who asked some guy in a four-wheel-drive vehicle to drive through flooded water under a bridge several times to get a picture of him splashing away. The last time through, the water flooded, and ruined, the engine. The driver sent the bill to the paper for the engine replacement . That got the photographer in big trouble!
