The recent exchanges regarding the terrific OM3/4 metering system lead me to wonder what might happen if Solms and Olympus were to come together on a reflex project...the OM bodies are, after all, pretty close to being the M's of the reflex world, at least in terms of size, etc...Okay, there are some QC issues...so what else is new....But think of Leica glass on a more tightly QCed OM3...What a reflex companion for the Ms...And given the fact that Olympus seems to be maintaining the OM line as a status-enhancing loss-leader, they might well be open to the possibility of an interesting collaboration....
