Elliot-
Interesting--- That other manufacturers 'give' away cameras. I remember
asking a physician if Tylenol tm was all that good, since they advertise
that more hospitals use Tylenol tm than any other pain medication... He said
that was because they gave more of it to the hospitals than other pain
reliever manufacturers!

Dr. Blacktape Rises From His Bed of Pain (;-)) To Set The Record Straight...

While McNeil may give away more Tylenol than Bayer gives away aspirin, the
real reason that more Tylenol (acetaminophen) is used in hospitals than all
other pain relievers combined is quite simple....unlike aspirin, ibuprofen,
and all the other NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory), acetaminophen
does NOT interfere with platelet formation, and thus will not cause or
increase bleeding after surgery. It's one of those medical no brainers....It
doesn't in any way mean that Tylenol is better at relieving pain...just less
likely to cause other problems...unless it causes the liver to crash...which
is more likely than aspirin to do..!

None of which has a freaking thing to do with Leicas...

Cheers..
