Dr. Black Tape wonders, for instance, how much sense it would make to invest
$10000 in the Leica equivalent of the $500-700 Heliar, when the Heliar
produces acceptable results the few times you "need" it.

FYI - Dr. Black Tape recently used a Serenar 35 2.8, in addition to his
Summilux 35 ASPH, for a number of shots taken over the course of a three-day
job.
