Javier,

Early SL-MOT's had an on/off switch in the winding lever like the regular 
SL's.  Later models eliminated the on/off switch feature, and SL-2's were 
built without the on/off switch.  Also, I remember reading in a Leica 
dealer's catalog from 1975 that modification from SL-2 to MOT versions were 
NOT possible.
