Subject: [Leica] Motor Drive R shutter release

I have a question about the electronic shutter release on the grip for the 
Motor-Drive-R.  When depressed, there is a clear detent before the button 
goes down all the way to fire the shutter.  On mine, once I go past that 
detent and bottom out, I have to squeeze just a bit harder before the 
shutter will fire.  Is this normal?  This is kind of weird and I hope I have 
not confused anyone... Thanks!
