Subject: [Leica] loose lugs (really)

After several month of using my Noctilux on an M3, I note that the strap
lugs are rotating slightly from the weight of the lens. This makes me
exceedingly nervous. I want to send the M3 in for a CLA, but I'd hoped to
wait a couple of months--I've got various short-term travel plans and don't
want to be w/o the camera.

My question is this: will these things pull out, (gasp!) sending lens and
camera crashing to the ground? Or can I continue to use it for another
month or so and have the lugs tightened when I send it in? Is this a
bigger deal than I think it is, or am I treading on dangerous ground?

Thanks.
