Subject: [Leica] How to use the M polarization filter properly?

                    *******************************

Usually with a TTL camera the exposure determination is made with the
filter on the lens. However, if compensating for the filter factor works
for you then do it that way. Personally I would experiment with both
methods while taking copious notes.
By the way...do NOT use polarizers with wide angle lenses. Sky
polarization diminishes as one shoots closer to the sun or at 180 degrees.
Maximum polarization is at 90 degrees. Wide angle pictures often show a
sky gradation from dark to light often ruining a fantastic picture.
