Subject: [Leica] 28 mm Minolta lens on M4p

I have a Minolta Cle ( the first ttl flash m mount camera) and the 28mm
minolta lens.  I put the lens on the Cle and the M4p and the viewfinder
looks the same to me on both cameras.  So here is my question; Will this
lens activate the 28 lines on the M4p?  Am I mistaken or does the Cle
have lines for a 28mm, or do I just use the outside perimeter of the
viewfinder.
