Subject: [Leica] Question about Schacht 135 F4.5 lens head

I recently acquired a A. Schacht 135 F 4.5  R Travenon ULM in LTM.  
Minimum F 32, it is just a head without a focusing mount or it may be an 
enlarging lens.  I also got a set of 5 New York Leitz Extension tubes in 
LTM.  Could someone tell me exactly what was the intended use of this 
lens.  And will it make a good lens for close-ups.  The last question I 
have is what is the approximate value of this setup.
