Well,

My M4-2 is going friday morning for a trip to DAG.  About time.  Its been
nearly 7 years since the last CLA. Only this time it will need a recovering
with the new cover that is available.  How has recovering generally worked
out compared to the original stuff for durability.  My covering went where
the self timer of the M4 used to be as the M4-2 no longer sported a self
timer.  The rangefinder patch isn't as contrasty as it used to be.  Probably
dusty or mirror problem.  Inspection will tell.
