[Leica] Adaptable Telyt lenses

I picked up the latest Novoflex catalogue to find a whole page of adapters
listed, not just for Leicas but I'm sure that would have included Telyt-V
(Visoflex) lenses to other cameras, if not, it would not be hard to get
these made. Obviously there'd be no auto diaphragm but the quality would be
the factor being chased surely?
