Yeah, I'm inclined to agree.  Even if more and faster lenses are to
appear later, starting out with f/4 gives off strange signals to the
buying public if they later intend to compete with Leica M stuff by
releasing f/2 and f/1.4 lenses.

As it is, it seems like a WinCE machine: it tries to do everything (or
at least, several things at once) and ends up doing neither particularly
well.
