Subject: [Leica] Cap for 12536 hood (M2.8/28) ?

        I'd like to keep the hoods permanently on my lenses.  Recently I bought
        a used (previous generation) 28mm lens, with the 12536 hood.  Did this
        hood come with a cap originally, and where may I get (buy ?) one ?
