Everytime I try something new, I go to the Washington Aquarium and take some shots of the fishes there. It's never been an easy task (ie. low available light level, reflection in the glass, tiny tiny fishes,...etc.). I must tell you that the M6 passed the test with flying colours. Talking about colours: I had in the camera a Kodak PJC 1600 colour negative film. Beautifulllllllll!!! You have to try this. Certainly not as much colour saturation and contrast you would get from a Velvia transparency in the sunshine, but very close. I was able to maintain the shutter at around 1/60 most of the time ( and sometimes 1/30 and 1/15) and the diaphragm opened at f4.0 and f5.6 I was even surprised I could come up with very sharp pics at 1/15. Try that with an F5 if you can!! I've seen a thread on weddings recently, although I do not recommend that you test anything at somebody elses wedding (!!!??!!) but yours, I can certainly tell you that it is a marvelous film. The colour palette is very Kodak like (lot of blue, yellow; green and red in balance). Ciao. Francois Brunelle Ashburn Va
