If I was a serious > location shooter, or corporate shooter, I'd have a bunch of them. I recently bought a 'Lite-Link.' It attached to SB-2X and does cordless. It turns on and off when on-camera flash turns on and off. So meter reads what ever flash light there is and signal oncamera to stop. Voila, ttl cordless. It works like a charm. And isn't limited to 1/60th or slower as I hear Metz is. Plus it will trigger by any ttl smart flash, so will work with your Metz. Two versions--N and C and about $150. to do a portrait, put slave close and to one side, use other oncamera. The slave becomes main light and the on camera becomes fill. So pick up some used SB-24s and some lite links. Drop into a room, scatter them around and open fire. And if you want to do it in the rain--Ikelite (makers of underwater stuff) producted it first for their UW strobes--buy a couple UW strobes and go to town. donal - -- Donal Philby San Diego http://www.donalphilby.com
