Since a couple of years alcoholic beers are banned from the Belgian 
General Staff's cantine... Only NA beer (non alcoholic) is now allowed.

The Chief of Staff at that time decided, and right he was, that he should 
try to avoid "afternoon officers". And the same is true for all other 
military cantines during working hours, so there should be no more 
"afternoon soldiers" too!
