Don,

To begin in all fairness, the lens could have come from any dealer, what I
am most concerned with, however,is the way in which the situation was
handled. In my case, when I called, you said you would replace the lens
(no mention that you were sold out.) I sent a money order for the shipping
of the replacement lens, along with a short letter (though I don't recall
any mention of "numerous defects".) You refunded me immediately, that much
is true, but don't fail to forget that this was not our agreement... so
when I say that you were honest, but that it wasn't a satisfactory dealing,
I think that I am justified. Had I known you wouldn't replace the lens, I
could have sent it to Leica GmbH for replacement/repair. Unfortunately,
this is no longer an option.

Sincerely,
Robert Louzán
