Just how do you pros keep your lens clean?  

Do you try to keep their caps on as much as possible?  Or do you carry
the camera with lens on unprotected?  And throw the other lenses in the
bag and/or put them in your pockets unprotected?

And when and how do you clean the lens?  Thanks, Dale
