Speculations, speculations ...

Maybe the mother company, who ever it is right now, just needs a daughter 
in red ciphers on tax reasons. Loss of quality would be not exactly a bad 
starting point for that strategy. Even if the employees work as hard as 
possible, their outcome undermined.
